The Champion Sporting a Laughable 0.14 percent
Sett can catch Neeko if he rushes Tier 2 Boots so make sure to keep your distance once he starts rushing with his Q. MinorNot much of a threat but if you ever see a Yorick one trick who is able to play against an auto range match up, then yorick is able to be a threat to neeko. His Maid is difficult to kill during the laning phase. Here’s what i would recommend building on Neeko. Neeko tosses a magical spiral in a straight line, rooting anything it comes in contact with.
StrongVery strong early game for the 2v2 like the xin zhao synergy. Olaf can also Slow the opponent for an easy Neeko root. Ok2v2 can be okay if lolsolved.gg and Jax can use their Abilities correctly.
Her attack damage is changing from three percent per level to two percent. Meanwhile, her on-hit damage on her W ability is being reduced from 50 to 170 to 50 to 130. I found that prioritizing points into Q first was best as it’s your main waveclear, poke and damage tool.
People rarely played Neeko before the on-hit builds, with the champion sporting a laughable 0.14 percent playrate during Patch 9.4. During Patch 9.5, however, she skyrocketed to an impressive 3.05 percent playrate. She also had the highest winrate of any ADC champion at the time with a strong 54.56 percent. In fact, she had the highest winrate of any champion, almost reaching a 60 percent win percentage before getting micropatched. According to Andrei “Meddler” Van Roon, the patch will be lowering both Neeko’s base attack damage and attack speed. Her attack speed will be significantly lowered from 3.5 percent per level to 1.5 percent.
Pop Blossom is an extremely strong ultimate ability and one of the best team fighting ultimates we’ve seen in a while. It has an incredibly high base damage and scales with 130 percent of your AP making it quite possibly the strongest AoE ultimate in the game. It’s like a mix between a full AP Nunu ult with the stun of an Amumu ult. You can really abuse her range if you are against a melee champion.
OkCheesey Jungle Pick but very strong 2v2 for an easy kill. StrongVolibear has a good CC set up for Neeko. StrongStrong Early Junglers always work well with Neeko.
The last champion hit will be rooted for longer. If the spiral passes through two enemies, it will grow in size and speed, and the root duration against the last champion hit is further increased. She is receiving a lot of bans now due to everyone realizing her potential on the build so make sure to utilize her whenever she gets through the banning phase. The build takes time to ramp up but is very strong when fully online. It really depends upon the matchup and team composition but be sure to try her out. StrongNice CC and Damage in the early game where it can lead to very easy kills with his ganks

StrongNunu and Neeko both have a really powerful CC Synergy in the early game or just in the game in general. Nunu also gives great attack speed to Neeko for when he ganks. Both Sett and Neeko’s abilities synergizes well. Sett also wins a lot of the jungle match ups in the early game and scales nice. Sejuani has the most CC combination you can find with Neeko. Due to its surprisingly short cooldown, you should look to use this as often as possible to poke down the enemy or to push the wave. You could also try to do both at the same time by hitting the minion wave while also poking the enemy. You will get at least two blooms onto your opponent if you manage to land your E (Tangle-Barbs) onto them beforehand, allowing for a nice chunk of damage. Using Domination Runes and a unique item build, combine with the Specialist playstyle, this is a moderately difficult to play champion in league of legends. With these two combined, you will be dealing massive damage through out the whole game.
If you go Glacial Augment with sorcery runes as well, she is very annoying to deal with. Taking damage from enemy Champions or casting damaging spells breaks the disguise. Will sometimes be the 2nd item to be purchase if the enemy has tanks on their team. To engage since you wont have the damage for team fights.
You will also scale more Attack Damage in the mid/late game. Build ever since her release and I’m happy to finally share it to everyone who is interested on it. I also achieved Masters for the first time with this build last season and I’m maintaining Masters with this build.
